Enertech installs, owns, and operates EV charging at your Colorado property at zero cost — ever. Your property earns a revenue share from every charging session. Here's exactly how the partnership works.
The model
The zero-cost structure isn't a promotional offer — it's how Enertech's business model works. We earn revenue when residents charge their vehicles. That revenue funds the hardware, installation, and operations. Your property earns a share of it.
What Enertech covers
What your property does
Your property provides the parking spaces and grants access for installation. That's the extent of your operational involvement.
Your staff never handle maintenance requests, billing disputes, or outage reports. Residents contact Enertech directly.
From assessment to go-live
Six steps from first conversation to chargers live and generating revenue. Most properties are live within 3–4 months of signing.
We start with a brief conversation about your property — number of units, parking layout, and how many residents you think already have or plan to get an EV. From there, we do a site review to understand the electrical infrastructure and determine the best placement and quantity of chargers.
We'll be honest if the economics don't make sense for your property. That's rare, but we'd rather tell you upfront than sign an agreement that doesn't work well for either side.
We put together a proposal showing recommended charger count and placement, the revenue-share structure, and the projected timeline. The partnership agreement is straightforward — Enertech owns and operates the chargers, your property earns a percentage of revenue from every session.
There are no hidden fees, no equipment costs, and no management charges buried in the agreement. We keep the contract clear by design.
Colorado has local utility and state incentive programs that can reduce installation costs. Enertech identifies which programs apply to your property and handles every application on your behalf — you never deal with the paperwork.
All municipal building permits, utility interconnection coordination, and inspection sign-offs are handled by Enertech. Your property management team isn't involved in the permitting process unless the municipality requires an owner signature — which we'll flag in advance.
Once permits are cleared, our installation crew comes on-site. For most multifamily properties, installation takes 3–5 days. We coordinate access with your property manager and work around parking availability to minimize disruption to residents.
We handle the full electrical scope — conduit runs, panel work, make-ready infrastructure for future expansion, and charger installation. Our crew cleans up completely before leaving.
Chargers are commissioned on Monta — a leading international EV charging network trusted by operators across Europe and North America. Residents can start charging immediately by plugging in and scanning the QR code on the charger screen, with no app required. We send an onboarding packet you can distribute to residents to explain how the chargers work and how to get support.
From this point forward, Enertech handles everything. We monitor charger performance 24/7, respond to maintenance issues, and manage all resident billing and support calls. Your first revenue share payment typically arrives within 30–60 days of commissioning.
Ongoing operations
The partnership doesn't end at installation. Enertech operates your charging program indefinitely — with no cost or operational lift to your property.
Every charger on every Enertech site is monitored continuously via the Monta network. We identify issues proactively — before residents report them.
When a charger needs hands-on attention, we dispatch a local Colorado technician. We own the hardware — repairs are our responsibility, not yours.
Residents are billed directly through Monta — your office isn't in the billing loop. Our 24/7 driver support line handles all charging questions, access issues, and outage reports.
Revenue share
Every charging session generates revenue. Enertech earns the portion that funds hardware, operations, and capital. Your property earns a meaningful share — paid monthly, with no administrative work on your end.
Revenue share percentages are negotiated per property and stated clearly in the partnership agreement. We don't publish a single number because every property is different — charger count, usage volume, and site economics all factor in. Your proposal will show exactly what to expect.
Free, no obligation. Takes about 20 minutes.
How session revenue is split
Exact percentages are negotiated per property. This illustrates the structure — not a fixed split. Your proposal will include specific numbers.
How we compare
Most national EV charging companies charge the property for installation and ongoing management. Enertech's model is structurally different.
| Enertech | National operators (Blink, ChargePoint, etc.) |
Property installs own chargers | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost to property | $0 — always | Often $50,000+ | $50,000+ |
| Ongoing management fees | None | Common — varies by contract | Software subscriptions + repair costs |
| Property earns revenue | Yes — monthly share | Varies — often minimal | Yes, but after costs |
| Maintenance responsibility | Enertech — fully | Shared or property-managed | Property manages |
| Resident support | Enertech's 24/7 line | National call center | Property staff |
| Colorado incentive expertise | Deep — local utility programs, state incentives, permit jurisdictions | Generic — not Colorado-specific | Your team handles it |
| Location | Colorado-based | National — remote management | N/A |
